Inspired by a gift my father bought for my mother when we were small children. He bought this watercolor painting. We had it in our living room during my childhood and teen years. The original color combination was different, but I had this painting as an inspiration to paint different versions of it.
When I look at my painting the memory of my father comes to mind. I see him happy and smiling. He left this reality decades ago. I miss him very much. He was one of the most important person in my life, and my mother the most loving. Their influence is very powerful in my development, as a human being.
